PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric part which has low hardness but does not pollute an object to be contacted therewith, has stable electroconductivity and moderate surface roughness to cope with speed-up and is easy to prepare. SOLUTION: The objective dielectric part is prepared by coating a roll 12 composed of a roll core bar 2 and a polyurethane sponge 3, formed thereon, having an apparent density of 0.05-0.16 g/cm3 and a volume resistivity (ρv) of not exceeding 1 MΩ.cm or having an apparent density of 0.4-0.6 g/cm3 and a volume resistivity (ρv) of 1-100 MΩ.cm, with a polyamide elastomer 4 having a surface resistivity (Ps) of 1-100 MΩ.cm, Rz of not exceeding 5μm and a Young's modulus of 1,300-2,000 kg/cm2. The dielectric component obtained has low hardness but does not pollute an object to be contacted therewith, has stable electroconductivity and moderate surface roughness to cope with speed-up, is easy to prepare and can follow environmental changes of surroundings and follow changes with time.
