<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material lap roll more simplified than a conventional inner sleeve. SOLUTION: A binding material lap roll has a core sleeve 11 consisting of a flexible plastic band piece 16 with both edges superposed on and joined to each other, the core sleeve 11 having an outer face, facing a material 12 to be wound on the core sleeve, formed to resist to the slip of the material 12 on the face, particularly for winding the material 12 to bind a package, wherein the plastic band member 16 contains a foil to which an adhesive is applied and its surface 16a to which the adhesive is applied forms the outer face of the core sleeve 11 facing the material 12.</p> |
