<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse regenerated styrol of high quality by providing a treatment process for removing effectively and quickly insoluble foreign matters contained in a solution in which a styrol resin waste material is dissolved. SOLUTION: A solution in which a styrol resin waste material is dissolved in an organic solvent in a solution adjustment tank 2 is electrolytically treated by applying direct current voltage in a static separation device 4 while a dust collecting body is passed therein to remove foreign matters, and then purified solution is heated under vacuum and deaerated to remove the organic solution and recycle as a regenerated styrol resin. Foreign matters such as a water content, sludge, a coloring material and others in a high viscosity solution in which a styrol waste material is melted by the static separation are removed efficiently, and the regenerated styrol of high quality can be recycled.</p> |
