<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tray placed inside an electronic oven for mounting food. SOLUTION: Annular ribs 141 and 142 are formed at the bottom surface of this auxiliary tray 140 and air vents 141a and 142a are formed at least at a part of the ribs 141 and 142. The air vents 141a and 142a perform the function of opening a space formed between the auxiliary tray 140 and a rotary tray and communicating it with an external space. Thus, the auxiliary tray 140 is not brought into airtight contact with the tray and the auxiliary tray 140 is easily detached from the tray after the cooking of the food is completed.</p> |
