HIGHLY AIR PERMEABLE CEMENT BASED MORTAL FILLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly air permeable cement based mortal filler having excellent workability and air permeability without using a water reducing agent by making the viscosity low like powder, unnecessitating the adjustment of grain size of an aggregate and capable of being inexpensively obtained. SOLUTION: An aggregate of a highly air permeable cement based mortal filler is used without adjusting the grain size and the total surface area of the aggregate is increased to make the viscosity low by the combination of W/C(water/cement ratio) and S/C(sand/cement ratio). The highly air permeable cement based mortal filler excellent in air permeability, compressive strength and packing property is manufactured without using a water reducing agent by setting the S/C to 5.0-6.0 and the W/C to 30-40%.
