PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be compact though a substrate holder having a cooling fan is provided. SOLUTION: In a space formed at a front part inside a rice cooker main body 1, the substrate holder 12 holding a substrate 17 is vertically disposed. The substrate 17 is provided with an electric circuit composed of a high voltage generation part 19 provided with a heat generation component and a heat sink 21 for cooling the heat generation component and a power source part 20, and a volume 18 for power adjustment is provided on the side of the power source part 20. Also, an adjustment hole 9 is formed at a position corresponding to the volume 18 for the power adjustment on the front surface of the rice cooker main body 1. Further, the substrate holder 12 is provided with the cooling fan 16 for sending air to the heat sink 21 and a guide passage 25 for guiding a tool from the adjustment hole 9 to the volume 18 for the power adjustment is formed.
