SOLUTION: In this rocket motor, a propelled body M is attached to its tip, a propellant 2 ignited by a ignition device 4 is burned in the radial direction, and a generated propulsion gas is jetted to the air jetting from a jet nozzle 3. At this moment, calculation is carried out based on a position where the propelled body M is to be dropped. When a timing in which the propelled body M is separated is reached, an explosive buried near an attaching part (a) of a coupling 53 is ignited by a command to destroy the coupling 53 by explosive power. A cover 52 of a pressure open mechanism Q is moved in response to a gas inside the main body 1 to jet the propulsion gas obliquely outward.
