PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting and fixing a member, not yielding screw loosening even in the case that the adhered surfaces are always vibrated, not generating rust and not deteriorating appearance by a wear of a metal part by a friction, maintaining a good vibration-resistance for a long period of time, and a good working property in the case of mounting the member on a facing downward surface, a vertical surface or a steeply inclined surface, and having a good adhered part appearance after the fixation. SOLUTION: This method for mounting and fixing a member comprises a process for temporally fiction by pressing for adhering the member to an adhered surface by mediating a un-cured millable type silicone rubber composition adjusted to have 0.5-30 kg/cm2 adhesion strength in its un-cured state between the adhered surface and the member, and a process of fully fixing the member by using another fixing member in a state of temporally fixed state by utilizing an adhesion force of the un-cured millable type silicone rubber composition sheet. As the un-cured millable type silicone rubber composition, the un-cured millable type silicone rubber composition sheet 3 is suitable.
