PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a connecting pipe with a flange at a plant by controlling the posture of a flange mounting face in a reproducing device. SOLUTION: According to this method, the posture of a pair of flange mounting faces in a reproducing device 10, to which a pair of flanges being arranged on both ends of a connecting pipe 88 are mounted, is decided. In this case, a flange posture control signal is formed based on a dimension/angle data picked up from a manufacture drawing of the connecting pipe 88, and is transmitted to a posture control device 10a for three-dimensionally controlling the flange mounting face so as to decide the posture of the flange mounting face.
