PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve sanitary problems such as the scattering of the beard shaved. SOLUTION: A head part with cutters placed thereon is provided with discharge electrodes 50 and a high voltage generating circuit 5 connected to the head part at one pole thereof is connected to the discharge electrodes 50 at the other pole. A high voltage is applied between the discharge electrodes 50 serving as one pole and the other of the high voltage generating circuit 5, to utilize the action associated with a discharge.
