<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding die designed for enhancing the productivity of a shock absorber for a water hammer preventer and reducing the reject rate and diminishing the number of assembly man-hour, a method for manufacturing the shock absorber using the resin molding die, and the shock absorber. SOLUTION: The resin molding dies 100, 200, 300 are formed which have plural recessed parts filled with a resin blank S formed on a single resin sheet. The recessed parts for filling are filled with a liquidlike shock absorbing blank S, which is, in turn, thermally cured to obtain shock absorbers 400, 500. The shock absorbers 400, 500 can be safely transported in their protected state, using the resin sheet for the resin molding dies 100, 200, 300 with the recessed parts filled with the cured shock absorbers 400, 500 as they are. In addition, a single or plural recessed grooves are formed on the outer peripheral faces of the shock absorbers 400, 500, and an air is bleeded smoothly from a body case on account of the recessed grooves when the shock absorbers 400, 500 are mounted on the body case.</p> |
