PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel lining method capable of lining efficiently and economically by a simple method. SOLUTION: In a lining method of a tunnel in the expansive natural ground, cushioning material 1 is installed in contact with the inner surface of the excavated natural ground, and shotcrete 2 is placed on the cushioning material 1 to form a lining layer. After installing the cushioning material 1 in contact with the surface of the shotcrete 2, lining concrete is placed on the cushioning material 1 to form a lining layer. The cushioning material 1 is covered with a waterproof sheet and integrated with the waterproof sheet.
