摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fluidity of high viscosity oil so as to be easily sucked by disposing feed pipes at a frame supporting an eductor pump, and jetting a high pressure fluid to crush high viscosity oil floating on the sea surface, into fine grain. SOLUTION: An eductor pump 7 is fitted to a triangular frame 6 provided with floating bodies 5 at the respective vertexes, and the position relation between a suction port 8 and the sea surface is made adjustable to constitute an oil recovery device S. The eductor pump 7 jets high pressure water (w) from a nozzle 72 to suck oil in the suction port 8 by negative pressure, and transfers the oil to a support ship through a transfer hose 11. Feed pipes 9, 9 are disposed outside of the triangular frame 6, and jet nozzles 10 are fitted at constant spaces to jet a high pressure fluid such as water, vapor or air to high viscosity oil floating on the sea surface W so as to crush the oil into fine grain. Apparent viscosity is therefore lowered by sea water existing at the interface of oil lumps refined into fine grain, so that fluidity is improved, and the high viscosity oil can be easily sucked by the eductor pump 7.
