PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten buffer effect and to prevent rupture even in the case of excessive tension acting upon a linear member such as a rope by providing locking members for locking the floating body mooring linear member, at both ends of an elastic member with flexural elasticity in the state of protruding on one side. SOLUTION: A linear member 7 such as a rope with one end fastened to a floating body such as a boat and with the other end fastened to a stationary body such as a landing pier is fastened being wound around locking parts 3a, 3a formed at the tips of locking members 3, 3. When tension acts upon the linear member 7 by the movement of the floating body, the locking parts 3a of the locking members 3 incline due to being pulled by the linear member 7 in an opposite direction, and an elastic member 2 to which the base parts of the locking members 3 are fixed is bent. When the tension of the linear member 7 is relaxed, the elastic member 2 is restored by its elasticity. The damage of the locking parts 3a can therefore be prevented.
