PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a name card which allows a sure separate cut-out of a sheet part and the successive production. SOLUTION: A separate cut-out mechanism 32 comprises a magazine 31, a cut-out block 34 capable of reciprocating between the lower opening position and the predetermined position of the magazine 31, and a separating wall 35 for preventing any other than a sheet part 30 at the lowest end from being moved from the lower opening of the magazine 31 in the moving direction of the cutout block 34, wherein the magazine 31 is for accommodating a plurality of laminated sheet parts 30, constructed to bear a load by a weight 36. In the state where the front end is located in the lower opening position of the magazine 31 and the sheet part 30 is attracted by vacuum suction, when a cutting block 34 is driven to the predetermined position, the attracted sheet part 30 is moved through the lower side of the separating wall 35. The movement of the other sheet parts 30 loaded on the upper surface of this sheet part 30 is controlled by the separating wall 35, and only the sheet part 30 at the lowest end is separately cut out.
