PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to form an antibacterial layer on the wall of an existing building, the surface of a table or the like and at the same time, enable an antibacterial effect to be maintained for a long time by spraying fine powder with the antibacterial effect right after spraying a resin and a curing agent which become an adhesive to a face to be coated. SOLUTION: Three atomizer 3A-3C are fitted to the C-type engagement part 24 of a frame 20 on a coating device 2 and a main agent consisting of a solvent of a heat resistant resin such as fluororesin and water glass, a solution made up of a resin curing agent and a solvent of fine powder showing an antibacterial effect are sealed in each of containers 30. Next the solution is injected from each of nozzles of the atomizers 3A-3C by manipulating a lever 4 to press nozzle cap parts 34 through regulating members 22 with the help of the tip parts 42 of the lever 4. In this case, each of nozzles are moved together with the frame 20 in a specified direction along a face to be coated. Right after the spraying of the main agent and the curing agent to the face to be coated, the fine powder of the antibacterial agent is sprayed to form an antibacterial layer.
