PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle thread feeding structure capable of effectively avoiding thread cutting that may be caused by the formation of loops by imparting appropriate resistance to the needle thread extended from a sewing machine bobbin, thus avoiding the formation of the loops. SOLUTION: In a needle thread feeding structure of a sewing machine in which support 11 is placed upright on a bobbin 16 having a needle thread (a) wound thereon and the needle thread extended from the bobbin 16 is fed to a sewing machine head via a thread guide installed thereabove, a resistance imparting member for imparting a predetermined resistance to the needle thread extended from the bobbin is placed at an upper portion that is very close to the bobbin 16.
