PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly retain the holding quantity of game balls of each game island, by comprising a circulating means for interchanging the game balls among the game islands, and controlling the circulating means on the basis of the information on ball quantity for evaluation of each game island determined on the basis of the information on holding quantity of the game balls of each game island and the information on island equipments. SOLUTION: In the island controllers 20 (20a-20c) of game islands 10 (10a-10c), the number of reservoir tanks in a self-island, the data on the existence or absence of a counter, and the number of switching-on of a ball quantity switch in each reservoir tank (information on ball quantity) are read from the information on island equipments. At first condition value is determined on the basis of the number of reservoir tanks, and a second condition value (margin value) is determined on the basis of the data of the counter. The information on temporary ball quantity is calculated on the basis of the first condition value and the information on ball quantity, the predetermined second condition value is added to the value of information on temporary ball quantity when the calculated value of information on temporary ball quantity is above a predetermined value, and the circulating means 14-16 are controlled on the basis of the result of addition as the information of ball quantity for evaluation of self-island to adjust the ball quantity of each game island 10.
