PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flatness and smoothness of surfaces and to prevent the occurrence of warpage by a change with lapse of time during storage by integrating a core part formed by laminating a plurality of wooden boards and surface layer parts consisting of the medium duty fiber boards formed plate shape as consisting essentially of the wooden fiber and disposed on both surfaces of this core part. SOLUTION: The panel is formed by integrating the core part 20 and the surface layer parts 11 and 12 arranged on both surface of the core part 20. At this time, the core part 20 is constituted as the plywood formed by laminating veneers of south sea timber broad-leaved trees of about 2 mm in thickness to total seven layers (seven plies) in such a manner that the wood grain directions of the adjacent veneers (veneers 21, 22) intersect orthogonally with each other. The surface layer parts 11, 12 are formed of the medium duty fiber boards (MDF). The veneers 21 coated with adhesives on both surfaces and the veneers 22 not coated with the adhesives are alternately placed on the medium duty fiber board 12 and are pressurized under pressure of about 10 kg/cm2 and are heated to 120 deg.C, by which the entire part is integrated and the panel is produced.
