PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load oil liquids different in kind with the same loading arm in a simple structure without using a directional control valve for each of feed lines. SOLUTION: When a shipping start remote switch 12 is manipulated, a pump 2a is operated, and an oil liquid of the kind of oil stored in a tank 1a passes through an automatic stop valve 9 from a pipe passage 8 via a feed line A having a strainer 3a, a flow meter 4a, a constant flow rate, valve 5a and a flow regulating valve 6a, and is supplied into a hatch of a tank lorry 16 with a loading arm 11. An automatic air supply valve 7 and a level meter 10 are provided on the downstream side of the flow regulating valve 6a, and the flow regulating valve 6a and the automatic stop valve 9 are connected to each other by the pipe passage 8 so that the flow regulating valve 6a is located an upstream position of the automatic stop valve 9. Accordingly, different kinds of liquid oil can be supplied into a hatch by using the same loading arm 11 while selecting a feed line only without requiring a directional control valve for each of feed lines, and the finish of the outflow of an oil liquid from the flow regulating valve 6a and oil liquid leakage can be detected.
