PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping support device that prevents its insulating carrier from falling out from its support bands at a piping site or others. SOLUTION: A pipe support device 10A comprises an insulating carrier 11 for arrangement around a pipe P, and support bands 20 and 21. The insulating carrier 11 is made up of a pair of insulating support pieces 11a and 11b divided in the circumferential direction of the pipe P. The insulating support pieces 11a and 11b are each formed in their circumferential surface with a band receiving groove 25 in which the associated support band 20, 21 is received. The support bands 20 and 21 each have a projection 50 serving as a locking portion on each side. The outside width of that portion of the support bands 20 and 21 which includes both projections 50 is made larger than the width of the band receiving groove 25, so that when the support bands 20 and 21 are fitted in the band receiving groove 25, the projections 50 abut against respective walls 25a of the band receiving groove 25 to lock the insulating support pieces 11a and 11b to the support bands 20 and 21.
