发明名称 DECELERATION PAPER DISCHARGE MECHANISM IN CONVERTED PAPER CONVEYANCE DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey a converted paper to a next process without causing a scratch and break of the converted paper by giving braking action to the converted paper and reducing a speed of the converted paper to a lower speed than a speed at which it is conveyed by a conveyance means immediately before the converted paper is discharged from the conveyance means. SOLUTION: A deceleration means B is provided, and a converted paper 8 entering an impeller 3 is decelerated in a scope where it does not interfere with the next converted paper 8' to reduce a force by which it collides against a blade 9 and a bottom 20 of the impeller 3 and reduce an obstacle. That is, a lower deceleration roller 10 and an upper deceleration roller 11 are provided as a deceleration means B for giving braking action to the converted paper 8 and decelerating it immediately before it is discharged from a conveyance means A to apply brake to the converted paper 8 immediately before the converted paper 8 enters the impeller 3. A projecting part 11a is provided on a peripheral face of the upper deceleration roller 11, and a diameter of the projecting part 11a is changed from that in a part 11b other than the projecting part 11a. A drive means synchronizing with conveyance timing of the converted paper is provided in the deceleration roller 11 provided with the projecting part 11a and is driven by reducing its speed to a lower speed than a speed of the conveyance means A.
