PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug feed apparatus which is designed so as to remarkably shorten the drug feed time. SOLUTION: A drug feed apparatus comprises a main body 7 having a case housing portion 8 on an upper part thereof, tablet cases 3, 4, 6, a plurality of which are mounted in the case housing portion 8 and contain drugs, respectively, a chute 22 through which the drugs discharged from the respective cases drop, a hopper 11 positioned under the chute 22 and provided inside the main body, and a shutter 12 provided at the lower end of the hopper. The tablet cases 3 mounted to an upper portion are formed so as to discharge the drugs at an earlier timing than the tablet cases positioned thereunder.
