PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly reliable ink jet recording head in which the quality of high definition color image is enhanced by preventing print shift of respective colors and high speed recording can be performed while reducing the head size and the number of parts. SOLUTION: The ink jet recording head comprises a top plate 1 arranged with an ink channel group including a plurality of ink channel grooves, a plurality of ink liquid chamber 8 frames and ink introduction paths 7 disposed oppositely, and a plurality of rows of a plurality of ink ejection openings 5, and a plurality of substrates 4 arranged with a plurality of resistive heating elements and disposed in correspondence with the ink channel group, wherein the ink channels and ink liquid chambers 8 are formed by bonding the top plate 1 and the substrate 4.
