PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of a tape to be discarded wastefully in a tape printing apparatus wherein laminated tapes are applied with half-cut. SOLUTION: In continuous printing, the first label is formed independently, and thereafter, pairs of two labels connected by the half-cut line is formed. Accordingly, compared with the case of applying the full-cut and the half-cut per one sheet, the portion to be discarded wastefully by the half-cut can be reduced drastically. Moreover, by applying the full-cut for two each labels, the printed labels can be handled easily compared with the case of a sheet of three or more labels connected.
