PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pulverize more finely by more less number of rotations by a method wherein in a fine pulverizer, a material to be finely pulverized is finely pulverized between a rotor having an irregularity on an outer peripheral surface and a stator having the irregularity on an inner peripheral surface, a less recessed part than an adjacent recessed part is annexed to a tip of a projected part on the rotor or the stator. SOLUTION: A gas flow containing a lower melting point material to be pulverized such as a thermoplastic resin or the like sent into a pulverizing room between a stator 4 and a rotor 9, rises spirally in a micro-spacing 10 by a high speed rotation of the rotor 9. Then, the material to be pulverized is pulverized by colliding with each other in a process of flowing on a stream line A, and ground by being entangled in respective vortexes B, B' C which are generated in respective recessed parts 5, 16 of the stator 4 and the rotor 9. Besides, they are ground by colliding with respective projection parts 6, 17 of the stator 4 and the rotor 9. Since a less recessed part 18 than a depth of the adjacent recessed part 16 is annexed to tip parts of respective projection parts 17 of the rotor 9, the particle is further entangled in a vortex D generated in the recessed part 18 and finely ground to a micron order.
