PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically grill dumplings with bits of octopus and to improve the production efficiency in producing them. SOLUTION: This equipment for grilling dumplings with bits of octopus has (A) a provisional grilling plate 2 for preliminarily grilling dumplings with bits of octopus, (B) a regular grilling plate 3 for grilling the preliminarily grilled dumplings and (C) spatulas 4 for separating the preliminarily grilled dumplings from the plate 2 and making them fall from the plate 2 onto the plate 3. The plate 3 has hemispherical cavities 11 for receiving the dumplings and grilling them, and is equipped with a vibrator. The plate 2 comprises (i) a provisional grilling plate body having holes 23 each penetrating in the position confronting any cavity 11 when superposed on the plate 3 and (ii) a bottom plate removably attached to the bottom surface of the plate body, and can move between a heater for preliminarily grilling the dumplings and the plate 3 by sliding movement. Each of the spatulas 4 is placed in a vertically movable state above each of cavities 11 of the plate 3. |
