PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool achieving such stable high-efficiency machining that a tip hardly causes the trouble of chipping-off by suppressing chattering vibration at corners and during groove machining. SOLUTION: In a high-feed throwaway type rotating tool having a plurality of throwaway tips, each throwaway tip has a main cutting blade 7 and an outer peripheral cutting blade, the main cutting blade 7 having an entering angle of 3 to 35 degrees inclusive and being an arc or arcuate, and the outer peripheral cutting blade being rectilinear or an arc or arcuate such that it is back tapered relative to the central axis of the tool. |
