ETHYLENIC RESIN AQUEOUS DISPERSION AND ETHYLENIC RESIN COATING FILM OBTAINED FROM THE AQUEOUS DISPERSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject dispersion capable of forming coating films having excellent adhering forces, low temperature heat sealability and blocking resistance at room temperature by mixing and dispersing an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer with an olefinic thermoplastic resin in an aqueous dispersing medium. SOLUTION: This ethylenic resin aqueous dispersion is obtained by mixing and dispersing (A) 95-50 wt.% of ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer neutralized with ammonia or an amine with (B) 5-50 wt.% of an olefinic thermoplastic resin except the component A in an aqueous dispersing medium. The neutralization degree of the component A with the ammonia or the amine is preferably 35-100%, and the content of the acrylic acid in the component A is preferably 16-24%. The component B is preferably a polyolefin-based resin (preferably an olefin homopolymer or its acid-modified polymer), an olefin-other monomer copolymer resin (preferably ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc.), etc.
