PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce laminar peeling defect generated during an oven test by forming a gate part with wall thickness thicker than that of a joint main body, in the outer circumferential face of a joint main body in the circumference of the gate exit. SOLUTION: A pipe joint 1 is formed by molding hard vinyl chloride resin of impact resistance by injection molding, a gate part 13 of a washer faced shape is provided in the outer circumferential face in one side end of a joint main body in the circumference of the gate exit 12 of the pipe joint 1, and the wall thickness of the gate part 13 is set to the range of the 1.1-2 times of the wall thickness of the joint main body 11. This constitution can delay the cooling speed of the gate part 13 and ease the residual strain and stress. The thick wall-thickness of the gate part 13 can enhance the strength against the residual stress generated about the gate part 13. This constitution can thus reduce the laminar peeling defect generated during an oven test and improve the product acceptance rate. |
