PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce malfunction of a lever equipped with a roller and improve its durability by lowering frictional force made during lever turning movement. SOLUTION: A bent presser plate 14 is fixed on a mount 12 secured to the periphery of a main body 10, and a lever 15 equipped with a roller is engaged at its L-bent base 15c between a U-shaped portion 14c of the presser plate 14 and the top of the mount 12 for pivotal movement or turning and sliding movement. Downward turning movement of the roller-equipped lever 15 depresses a valve operator 11, which in turn switches over, or opens or closes, a valve system V.
