PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability for assembling a vehicle by providing a radio communication control means for radio communications between multiple control devices provided in a vehicle with a completed vehicle body, and making data communications through a radio communication network. SOLUTION: Control devices 1b-1h make data communications among them through a radio communication network via an antenna serving as an antenna means. A suspension control device 1b, an engine control device 1c, an antilock brake control device 1d, a transmission control device 1e, a navigation control device 1f, an air conditioner control device 1g and an audio control device 1h as multiple control devices are divided into two groups according to their control contents, and a multiplex transmission network using a common frequency as a common radio communication network in time division for data communications is formed.
