PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by preliminarily providing a pair of V shaped notches opposing each other while sandwiching a web therebetween in a long grooved steel, bending the steel at the notched parts, and connecting ends of the steel each other to form a frame shape. SOLUTION: Opposite tops of a pair of V shaped notches 12 provided in a long grooves steel with a lip are bent at almost right angles, and a portal frame material 2 is formed of a pair of right and left vertical frames 3 and a lateral frame 6 connecting upper ends thereof each other, which frames 3, 3, 6 are made integral. A wall pannel frame 1 is formed of a middle bar 4 and a lower lateral frame material 5. The bar 4 is made of a grooves steel with a lip so as to connect central parts of the paired frames 3 of the material 2 to each other. The material 5 is formed in a almost Z shape and serves as a connecting member to connect lower ends of the frames 3, 3 to each other. Accordingly, productivity is improved with an improved cost reduction.
