PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent productivity from lowering when a heating temp. change is switched by dividing a heating part of a heating furnace into plural zones, arranging two soaking zones after a first heating zone and moving a product at a speed different from other in soaking zones. SOLUTION: Products 1-10 of a first batch are heated to a temp. T1. Products 11-23 of a second batch are heated to a temp. T2. The heating zone, and the soaking zones E1, E2 are set to a temp. suitable for the first batch, the products are heated and discharged. A hall, where products do not exist, is arranged between products 1, 11. When the product 11 reaches an end part of the heating zone, a temp. of the soaking zone E1 is changed to a temp. suitable for the second batch. When the product 11 reaches an end part of the soaking zone E1, a temp. of the soaking zone E2 is changed to a temp. suitable for the second batch. The products 11-13 are successively moved at a high speed and taken out outside a furnace. Next, products are moved at a normal speed and are heated.
