PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous heat-sensitive tacky agent and heat-sensitive tacky sheet, excellent in blocking resistance. SOLUTION: This heat-sensitive tacky sheet is produced by forming a heat- sensitive tacky agent layer containing a thermoplastic resin, a tackifier and a solid plasticizer on at least one surface of backing sheet. The heat-sensitive tacky agent is prepared in such a way that the lowering degree of melting point of the solid plasticizer in the above tacky agent layer to the melting point of the solid plasticizer itself becomes <3 deg.C in heating the above tacky agent at 40 deg.C for 2 min. on the backing sheet.
