PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coat for protection excellent in repellency, slidableness on water, contamination-resistance, scratch-resistance, and the like by combining colloidal silica and/or organosilicate, a reaction product of a siloxane polymer having an epoxy terminal with a sulfonic acid compound and a polyisocyanate compound, with a siloxane polymer containing hydroxyl groups. SOLUTION: Using a polymer having 50-290 mgKOH/g of hydroxyl group value by copolymerizing a macromonomer in formula I with a vinyl monomer containing a hydroxyl group and a reaction product of 1/1-10/1 equivalent of epoxy group/sufonic acid group in a polymer and a sulfonic acid compound in formula II, the objective composition contains 5-100 pts.wt. of colloidal silica and/or organosilicate and 5-30 pts.wt. of a polymer in formula II to 100 pts.wt. resin solid content. Wherein R1 is a 1-10C alkyl; R2 is a 1-6C hydrocarbon; R3 is H or methyl; (n) is 6-300; (m) is 6-150; (l) is 0-6; and R4 is a 1-6C alkyl.
