PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which is excellent in weather resistance, acid resistance, adhesion, or the like, and can clear an environmental problem by incorporating a specified silyl-containing vinyl copolymer with a specified OH-containing vinyl copolymer, a specified blocked isocyanate compound, and a curing catalyst in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: This composition essentially consists of 5-90 pts.wt. vinyl copolymer having at least one silyl group of the formula in the molecule as the main crosslinking group and having a glass transition temperature of 40-100 deg.C and a number-average molecular weight of 2,000-20,000, 75-8 pts.wt. vinyl copolymer having at least two OH groups in the molecule and having a glass transition temperature of 40-100 deg.C and a number-average molecular weight of 2,000-20,000, 20-2 pts.wt. blocked isocyanate compound and/or compound having a uretidione structure, and 0.001-10 pts.wt, per 100 pts.wt. silyl-containing vinyl copolymer, curing catalyst. In the formula, R1 is a 1-10C alkyl, a 6-10C aryl, or a 7-10C aralkyl; X is H, a halogen, OH, a (thio)alkoxyl, phenoxy, or the like; and (a) is 0-2.
