PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anti-fogging agent composition having excellent anti- fogging performances, especially low-temperature anti-fogging properties, persistency of anti-fogging properties and excellent transparency. SOLUTION: This anti-fogging agent composition comprises (A) an esterified substance obtained by esterifying 1 mol compound of the formula (R1 is a 12-22C alkyl group, alkenyl group or acyl group; (m) and (n) are each a number of >=1 showing the number of average addition mols of ethylene oxide and m+n=2-10) with 0.5-2 mols of a 12-22C saturated fatty acid and (B) a compound selected from the group consisting of a 12-60C straight-chain fatty acid, a branched-chain fatty acid containing 1-4C alkyl group at its side-chain part, a hydroxyfatty acid, a dimer acid, a telomer acid, rosin acid and an alkenylsuccinic acid in the weight ratio of the component (A)/(B) of 50/50-98/2. This synthetic resin film is obtained by compounding 100 pts.wt. of a synthetic resin with 0.5-5 pts.wt. of the anti-fogging agent composition.
