PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of an instrument cluster for vehicle which can dispense with the setting of a troublesome work or an excessive space, and prevent the dropping-out when an impact is applied. SOLUTION: In a fitting structure of an instrument cluster for vehicle in which an instrument cluster 5 having a flange part 9 to cover a peripheral edge of an opening 1c is fitted to the fitting opening 1c of an instrument panel 1 arranged forward of a driver's seat in an attachable/detachable manner with an engaging means interposed therebetween, an engagement hole 12 is formed in an edge part of the fitting opening 1c, a projection part 13 to be inserted in the engagement hole 12 is formed on the flange part 9 of the instrument cluster 5, and a locking claw 14 in which the height including the projection part 13 is approximately as high as the opening of the engagement hole 12 and which is locked to the edge part of the engagement hole 12 when an impact is applied to the instrument panel 1 or the instrument cluster 5, is formed on a tip of the projection part 13.
