PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a business stand to a steering handle by providing a clip for fitting a plate to the steering handle at the surface upper section of the plate, and providing a base for mounting a book at the lower section of the plate. SOLUTION: A clip 2 is provided at the surface upper section of a plate 1, and a base 3 for mounting a book is provided at the surface lower section of the plate 1. An apparatus 4 to be fitted to a steering handle is provided at the back face upper section of the plate 1. The clip 2 may be provided at the side section or lower section of the surface of the plate 1 according to usage, and it is fitted to or removed from the automobile handle for use.
