摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fusion to firing sheathes in firing and to prevent warping and waving by forming resin layers including dispersed oxide particles with a higher m.p. than a prescribed firing temp. on both principal faces of a ceramic green body and firing the resultant green laminated body at the prescribed firing temp. SOLUTION: Resin layers 3 having dispersed oxide particles with a higher m.p. than a prescribed firing temp. are laminated in 0.5-5 μm thickness on both principal faces of a sheetlike ceramic green body 2 optionally fitted with an internal electrode and a surface electrode. The oxide particles are preferably MgO, ZrO2 or Al2O3 of <=2 μm particle diameter. The resultant green laminated body 1 is put between firing sheathes placed opposite to each other at a prescribed interval and it is fired at the prescribed firing temp. About 0.05-0.2 mm space is preferably ensured above the green laminated body by the interval. The objective thin sheetlike ceramic sintered body of <=500 μm thickness excellent in flatness is obtd. while preventing the fusion of the sintered body to the firing sheathes with the oxide particles. |
