摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the regulation of an operation speed of a fluid operation device by providing a plurality of orifice means having different sizes in a flow passage toward a fluid operation device in such a state as freely switching them. SOLUTION: In a speed regulator 4, an orifice switching device main body 6 with an orifice block 5 is fixed to a subbase 3 by a plurality of fixing screws 8 via a first gasket 7. In the orifice block 5, for example, 4 orifices 22-25 communicating an output port 13 to a fluid passage 14 are provided at same intervals in the circumferential direction and the orifices 22-25 are provided with a larger diameter in the numerical order. The operation of a solenoid valve 2 permits an intake air to flow from a pressure air source in the A direction from an intake port 11 in the solenoid valve 2 passing an output port 13, the orifice 22, the fluid passage 14, and a joint 10 and flows into an air pressure operation valve 1 so as to drive the air pressure operation valve 1 at low speed. In this way, the four orifices 22-25 having different sizes are selectively provided between the air pressure operation valve 1 and the solenoid valve 2.
