PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity-hydraulic swivel joint device of a construction machinery capable of lowering the height projected upward of an upper swivel body of a spindle. SOLUTION: An interlock section 17c interlocking with an interlocking member 12a on an upper swivel body 2 is provided to a slip ring mounting member 17 of an electricity-hydraulic swivel joint device 13, and the position of the interlock section 17c is located at a position other than the circumference of a spindle 13b. By the constitution, the height projected upward of the upper swivel body 2 of the spindle 13b is lowered.
