PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing device for partitioning an elevator shaft, suitable for modifying work in the elevator shaft. SOLUTION: A curing device includes mesh sheets 13, 13A arranged between a shaft 2B for a predetermined car 6 and a shaft 2C for a passenger car 6A in modifying work related to the predetermined car 6 out of cars 6, 6A provided in an elevator shaft 2 and having a number of fine openings, i.e., meshes 13b for partitioning these shafts 2B, 2C, and upper bands 14, 14A, 14B, 14C and lower bands 15, 15A, 15B, 15C for mounting mesh sheets 13, 13A on horizontal beams 11, 11A, 11B, 11C provided in the elevator shaft 2.
