PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water tidying device efficiently producing alkali-ionic water and acidic water by labor-saving operation. SOLUTION: A waste tidying instrument 1 connected to a city water supply pipe 2 of a domestic water supply cock (bibcock) and in which a water purifying tank and an electrolytic cell 8 are set and a power source driving part 11 installed to the water tidying instrument are provided, and an alkali-ionic water and an acidic water are formed by opening and closing a solenoid valve 9 provided at the water tidying instrument 1. Also optionally, impurities such as magnesium and calcium precipitated and stuck to a cathode bar of the electrolytic cell 8 are automatically peeled and washed by ionization function by reversing each polarity of the cathode bar and an anode bar in order to prevent deterioration of their electrolysis function.
