PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical equipment having disinfecting and cleaning function for a water feeding conduit, which can disinfect the water feeding conduit to medical instruments, prevents residual disinfecting liquid from damaging the water feeding conduit system, and prevents the disinfecting liquid from mixing even in malfunction. SOLUTION: This medical equipment 1 has, in the equipment body, a built-in water feeding conduit 2 for introducing water supplied from a water supply source W to medical instruments HP each having a switching valve SW, and is provided with a disinfecting liquid tank 3 storing disinfecting liquid Q. The water feeding conduit 2 is provided with a selecting control valve 6, a water feeding branch conduit 4 connected with at least one medical instrument HP, a disinfecting liquid injecting conduit 31 connecting the disinfecting liquid tank 3 with the water feeding branch conduit 4, and a disinfecting liquid rinsing conduit 5 having a switching valve 51 on the way and connected with the disinfecting liquid tank 3. The selecting control valve 6 selectively connects the water supply source W to the water feeding branch conduit 4 or the disinfecting liquid rising conduit 5.
