PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic therapy device in which an oscillation transmission member is easily attached and detached from a horn. SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic therapy device which is provided with an ultrasonic oscillator, an amplifying horn for amplifying ultrasonic wave generated from this ultrasonic oscillator and an oscillation transmission member 12 fastened with a screw to this amplifying horn, a rotation torque imparting portion 22, which can be grabbed by fingers and can impart rotation torque for attaching/detaching the oscillation transmission member to/from the amplifying horn to the oscillation transmission member, when a force is impressed in the rotation direction, is placed on the outer periphery of the rotation torque imparting portion 22.
