摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mirror surface with high shape accuracy by sticking particulate to a conductive grinding wheel by flowing current to the grinding wheel, performing a mirror surface grinding action for an object to be worked, preventing a bond material from flowing out because current is not flowed to a non-conductive grinding wheel made of an insulated material, preventing natural decrease of the grinding wheel and performing a shape creation grinding action. SOLUTION: A grinding tool 1A is constituted by annually and alternately disposing a conductive grinding wheel 3 and a non-conductive grinding wheel 4 on an end face 2a of a metallic support 2 as a conductive holding member. The metallic support 2 is made of steel products with conductivity such as stainless steel and carbon steel and is formed into a cylindrical shape. The conductive grinding wheel 3 is formed into a fan shape by holding abrasive grain of diamond by a bond material with conductivity such as bronze and nickel. The non-conductive grinding wheel 4 is formed into a fan shape by holding abrasive grain of diamond by a bond material without conductivity that clay coupling material is magnetized, that is, vitrified bond. The conductive grinding wheel 3 and the non-conductive grinding wheel 4 are fixed to the end face 2a of the metallic support 2 as an electrically connection means.
