PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a shrinkage crack of a raw material easily and at low cost even when the convex portion of a die cavity face is small. SOLUTION: This local cooling structure of a die is equipped with a local cooling path 7 penetrating in a convex portion 1a at which a die 1 cavity face B is constituted, a cylindrical shape cooling water supplying pipe 4 which is arranged in the cooling path 7 and connects with the cooling path 7 at its tip end, and a sleeve 2 arranged between the cooling path 7 and the cooling water supplying pipe 4.
