PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a cam slide with a simple constitution, and eliminate the need of a large space. SOLUTION: This cam mechanism is equipped with a fixed mold 10, a rotor 20 and a guide cam 30. The fixed mold 10 has a rotor receiving face 12a. The rotor 20 is made to be rotatable with a rotation shaft core as a center and has a side face including an arc face 21, wherein a diameter direction length of which is a given length from the rotor shaft core, and slides/contacts with the rotor receiving face 12a, and a guide cam guiding face 22, wherein a diameter direction length of which from the rotor shaft core changes gradually. The guide cam 30 is energized to be contactable with the rotor 20 and made to be slidable in an orthogonal direction with the rotor shaft core having a sliding/ contacting face with which the rotor 20 side face slides/contacts. When the rotor 20 rotates and the sliding/contacting face is contacted with the guide cam guiding face 22, the guide cam 30 slides in a direction either to approach or apart from the rotor shaft core.
